In the National Day Rally 2019, the Government has announced the exciting rejuvenating plan for the Southern Singapore, Greater Southern Waterfront (GSW). The plan is to create a well accessibility within Southern Singapore and create a future gateway to Fun, Live and Play.
In the next five to ten years, the phases of the development will take place starting from Pasir Panjang Power District, Mount Faber and Keppel Club. This will create the connectivity between Pasir Panjang Park, West Coast Park, Labrodor Nature Reserve.
The Keppel Club will be remake into a residential area consisting of 9000 waterfront public and private residential homes. One Faber Group will also work together to creating a easier connectivity from the foothill to hilltop of Mount Faber, to attract more visitors to the historic location.
